Situated in one of the best swimming and fishing bays on the west side of Mille Lacs, the home offers calm water access, a private dock, a fish cleaning station, and a comfortable lower-level family room—perfect for relaxing after a full day on the lake.

The owners have thoughtfully outfitted the property with an impressive collection of lake amenities designed to maximize time on the water, including an Aqua Cycle two-person paddle boat and a four-person paddle boat ideal for fishing and exploring the protected bay.

After booking, guests receive a comprehensive online guidebook packed with helpful information, links, and local tips. The guidebook includes videos highlighting the home, amenities, and important instructions and is sent immediately after booking. We kindly ask that it be shared with all adults in your group.

Guests also receive direct access to our local team and are encouraged to call or text 24/7 with any questions or needs.

Cleaning & Stocking

Our professional local housekeeping team delivers top-tier cleaning standards. Linens are laundered off-site for fresh, hotel-quality bedding, and eco-friendly, non-toxic cleaning products are used throughout the home.

The Space

The home has three bedrooms and a common space that accommodates two twin beds. Bedroom one has a king bed and a twin trundle bed with two twin spots. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed. Bedroom three has two twin beds. The lower space has a twin trundle with two beds. The owners have installed an egress window on the lower level and we will update pics asap.

Cancellation Policy

Our direct booking cancellation policy for this property is designed to be flexible while also protecting the property owner from last-minute cancellations. Guests may cancel and receive a 100% refund when cancellation is made at least 30 days before check-in and a 50% refund when cancellation is made 15–29 days before check-in. Cancellations made within 14 days of check-in are normally non-refundable, as the rental income is committed to the property owner and it can be difficult to replace a reservation on short notice. However, we understand that unexpected situations can arise, so if you need to cancel within 14 days of your stay, please contact us as soon as possible. We can cancel the reservation and attempt to rebook the dates, and if we are successful in rebooking the cancelled dates, we will still provide a 50% refund, even if the replacement reservation is secured only a few days before your scheduled arrival. We kindly ask guests not to make reservations unless they reasonably intend to keep them, as credit card and payment-processing fees associated with direct reservations can approach 8%. At the same time, we recognize that legitimate emergencies and unexpected circumstances happen, and when they do, we are happy to work with our guests and provide any refund available under the cancellation policy above.
